1. Season the minced meat and divide into 4
  2. Gently shape the meat into a burger shape without pressing too hard
  3. Fry the burgers in a little oil for about 6 minutes or longer for a well done burger
  4. Toast the ciabatta rolls and layer the burger with lettuce, tomatoes, pepper and chives
  5. Top the hot burger with a generous slice of Société Roquefort
  6. Serve with salad and red onion relish
