- Season the minced meat and divide into 4
- Gently shape the meat into a burger shape without pressing too hard
- Fry the burgers in a little oil for about 6 minutes or longer for a well done burger
- Toast the ciabatta rolls and layer the burger with lettuce, tomatoes, pepper and chives
- Top the hot burger with a generous slice of Société Roquefort
- Serve with salad and red onion relish
